We are working on the communication process at our school. I usually seek out the answers I need by being as involved as possible in all aspects of the school.

Yes, we have acess to compliance responses that are comonly asked along with freq asked questions. Even though we have access to these the goal is to get the prospective student in for an interview. At that time we have the tools and the department heads to disscuss specifics with the potential students.

Yes,we have this located on our school website. But we also have a support team here that consits of admissions counselors, student support coordinators and financial aid counselors. We are all here to help.

because I have many years in the industry and have had the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops with my previous employers throughout the years as well as my current employer, I am very familiar with probing and asking a variety of questions to assure the retention of the student and that the student is prepared for the commitment to complete the program to acquire the essential tools to be succesful.

Definetly, yes! We have a sheet with Addressing Challenges. It provides us with commonly asked questions by prospective students. It was utilized a lot during training and is still helpful today.

No, my school does not provide a list of frequently asked questions; however they do provide us with a list of frequent challenges prospective students may face in making the decision to return to school as well as the most effective and compliant ways to advise them to overcome obstacles.

However, they provide a number of training materials that includes the information most requested by students, such as Financial Aid, transfer credits, and length of the program. I have found that the provded information, as a whole, encompasses the information that would be found on an FAQ page in addition to other information.

We do not have a specific FAQ section on our website, nor do we have a specific FAQ sheet that we use for training admissions agents. We do discuss questions that are most commonly asked and how to answer the question. At the same time, we use listen to the prospective student ask those questions and try to figure out what the real question is. Usually a question about the cost is also asking "How am I going to pay for this?" and "What am I getting for my money?" We try to address those concerns and not just the surface question.

Yes, the school that I am an agent for provides 'frequently asked questions" from prospective students and post them on our school website. It is an important resource due to the fact that our school is completely online. Many students have fears and uncertainties of online classes. Also, 'frequently asked questions" gives agents an understanding of what prospective students will be thinking during the enrollment process.

Yes, my school does provide answers, we have meetings every week to discuss any challenges or obstacles that we are facing when speak to prospective students... As well as working as a team in discussing how each REP tackles them.

I have not been given a "list" of frequently asked questions by my school. However, I have done a lot of shadowing of the other admissions agents interviewing/meeting with perspective students. Before and after these shadowing opportunities, we discuss questions that students often ask and questions that were asked and how we handle these questions.
