Yes, the online Everest training has supported the answers to frequently asked questions. I have asked my direct supervisor of some examples that may occur as well as observed other current admission representatives.

Yes we are provided with a list of FAQ that students often ask during enrollment.

WyoTech which is owned by CCI is very thorough in our training. They not only give us FAQ's but gives us the opportunity to answer them with our knowledge and if not completely correct gives us the additional knowledge to answer those FAQ's

Yes. There is resource available to us as admission representatives to reference to with most common questions and concerns. This is imperative to us giving the student the best customer service.

To my knowledge -- it is my first day today, so my knowledge is a little thin -- our immediate supervisor is preparing folders/packets containing series of information for myself and the other two new hires. My assumption is a list of frequently asked questions will be contained in the aforementioned packet. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that a FAQ list is not provided, my peers and co-workers should be able to verbally provide information and guidance for me.

During our training, we do a lot of role-playing and acting out of typical questions or scenarios that we will find ourselves in during interviews. We also do several live observes and also have our manager sit in on interviews until we are comfortable handling them on our own. If we ever come across a question that we do not know how to answer, we simply tell them we will get an answer for them and can ask someone with more experience and knowledge to answer, such as the Director.

Most prospective students want to know if your school contains the program they desire, and if they have prior college experience they tend to like to know the transfer requirements (as we know, it depends on accreditation between the schools, etc.). Also, what type of accreditation is also relevant to many students prior to enrollment because they want to make sure their education has validity and credibility.

Yes, my school provides us with Frequently Asked Questions, and it is made very clear that we are to respond with the appropriate answers at all time. I definitely understand the importance of this, as sometimes an unintentional answer may create confusion or misleading thoughts for a student. We have to be tested on this information prior to having any contact with students.

Yes, my school provides me with answers to "frequently asked questions" to refer to during an admissions interview. I keep them in a binder at my desk in case I need to refer to them. They include some answers about the accreditation of Brown Mackie College- North Canton, as well as the Progamatic Accreditation given for specific Programs. They also list the addresses and phone numbers of these agencies so if students have questions for the agencies they can call or write directly. I have had students that have called the agency with questions. Some other "frequently asked questions" include information on Student Success, Gainful Employment, and Tution costs. Students can find that information on bmcprograms.info as well as up in Career Services department. I find this sheet very helpful because it allows the students to see the information written out, which helps them follow along as I tell them the information.

Yes we also have a FAQ link on our web site for employees and students. I have used it quit a bit and will continue to use it.

FAQ's can be found on the school website

Yes! Very important to be able to help the students the best way possible!! Our school has many forums to help learn more and more about our process.

Yes, our school does provide a document entitled "Addressing Challenges" which is
a key for accurate responses to prospective student inquiries.

Not that I have found. I think they want the students to contact me directly for all questions.

Our school has a fairly extensive admissions training program that exists for the purpose of preparing agents to abide by both ethical and regulatory standards when soliciting students to enroll in the College. This training is often updated and does include, among other things, an FAQ list.

Yes they do! We have very helpful staff that we can always refer to and ask questions that are students are needing to know. We have a reference page to access easily on our website we use that helps us as agents very much!

I'm not sure, I definitely have to look into that. A FAQ document would be very helpful when it comes to knowing what one can and cannot say to a lead.

Yes. On the school's website, under the "about" tab, there is a link you can click on titled "common questions." Also, there are links to contact an admissions representative or to request further information. As far as within the actual institution, there are many resources throughout the building to provide answers for prospective students. The trained representative should have the knowledge to answer any questions that a prospective student may have, even if they must refer to their guide book.

Yes we do have an FAQ type sheet that allows quick and proper responses to questions that are frequently asked. It is good to hear from somebody at the school that has encountered these type of questions and how they would approach them successfully.

Yes, there are several key points in the enrollment process and consistent, valid information is necessary to pass on to the student regarding programs, costs, career opportunities, and resources to help the students.
