We aren't provided answers to FAQs but we are trained a lot on objections and how to respond. I think these discussions and role-playing situations provide us with similar knowledge.

Yes, I would say that my school does an excellent job at preparing Admissions Representatives with common questions to look out for during the enrollment process. We have been in training for nearly two weeks, and I feel that I will be more than prepared to answer potential student's questions and concerns. We also work in an environment that allows constant training and feedback. If I encounter and obstacles, I will be comfortable enough to seek advice from my peers.

Yes, we have an entire website of information that allows us to search for various items that we may need. We also have other representatives around us for reference points as well.

Yes - here at my school we have constant training sessions with various departments to maximize our knowledge of new policies, procedures, stats and frequently asked questions. I feel that communication between departments helps with this.

Yes they do. We want to be as knowledgeable as possible when speaking with our prospective students, as well as compliant.

Frequently asked questions can relate not only to admissions "per se", but to student services and other areas depeartments that are involved directly or indirectly in the admissions process. If a student has a question/concern, we feel that it should be addressed as soon as possible so as to lessen any overall fears or hesitations.

I am not sure if they have something formal typed up, but I do know my that coworkers are available to answer any question that I or a potential student may pose to them. My school has a great team environment.

Yes they do and all admissions reps here go through a 3 day training program. During this time all of us have to roll play and be prepared for almost any type of interview situation. There is always someone that we can fall back on if any type of issue arises that admin reps don't know how to deal with.

Compliance issues are most important. This company has a Zero tolerance compliance rule. If any of us do not follow policy, we are terminated.

We have a script that we follow. If a potential student has a question that I am not able to answer because of compliance issues, I make sure that their questions are redirected to staff members or resources that will answer their question.

Yes, Sullivan University has a highly effective training program. New hire training is a week long. We also are paired up a mentor to help us overcome objections from out students. A lot of our frequently asked questions are in regard to our quarter system and our hospitality associate programs. We are trained with many mock interviews before starting to become more confident in our product knowledge. Each admissions officer is required to take a product knowledge exam, interview observation, and FERPA compliance assessment.

Yes , As prospect student as well as their parents always have more concern about their job opportunities after completing of their course in which they are enrolling.

Yes, all necessary materials to answer any question that may arise are on hand. If they are not on hand, there are appropriate staff available who can answer the necessary questions.

Yes my school does provide FAQs that student often ask during the admissions process. So far in my training and observations, I feel that they are accurate, up to date, and provide admissions agents with useful quick answers that they can give to students to make the admissions process go more smoothly. I think that they help to ensure that students get all of the information that they need during this very important time of their lives.
