at this time I can't think of any specific area. I have always been interested in the marketing aspect so I'm always interested in how we can attract more students to our campus.
Other training would include, how to deal with diversity in students. How to organize info for the student. A video showing a mock student session of enrollment would be great as well.
Basically handling objections better. We always can be better prepared to handle questions that may prohibit someone from seeing the long term good that getting an education can do.
I would like to do some training on accreditation as well. I think the more you know about this the more confidence agents are when helping prospective students choosing a program.

When taking into account recruiting/admissions process training it is important to have opportunities on various programs, how things change year to year, other services the institution offers, how to work with online verses on ground students.
Information regarding marketing trends in education would be helpful. For many that do not have technological backgrounds, ideas about the effective use of social media would benefit. Connectivity outside training modules would be nice.
I would like to see further information on dealing with the companies who recruit, or potentially do... our students, and how to successfully interact with them.
If there was a course offered once a year that would give an overview of new rules/regulations, highlight important information on each program or updates on what is new with the program, how to improve as representatives, marketing ideas, and specific information regarding online courses. I think this would be beneficial for everyone and I would attend.

Not only would more training in marketing be beneficial in the admissions process but more training on psychological concepts would be helpful in guiding students toward their educational and career goals - particularly when they face obstacles or are very hesitant to take any risk in pursuing these goals.
A class on diversity awareness, especially because several students are from different countries.
I would like to look at classes that focus on online classes specifically and not go into the traditional classroom setting. Many learners today are going the online learning route due to their busy schedules and demands of life.

Areas of fraudulent practices and compliance training would be very interesting. Often people make mistakes without trying to be fraudulent or out of complaince. A study of some of those practices would be interesting and informative.
I would like to learn about about the differences in recruiting for online only courses versus classroom courses and if there are any specific regulations pertaining to online programs.
