The prospective students are given copies of our disclosure forms during the admissions process. We use standard forms for all campuses, ensuring compliance school-wide. The students also sign a statement that they have received the disclosures.

As part of the interview process prospective students receive copies of of the required documents. They also acknowledge receipt of these items

All students receive the necessary disclosures in the packet of information given to then at the time of their inquiry

Written procedures, scripts, updates through meetings.

Our institution recognizes that it is everyone's responsibility, so training has been provided to our admissions staff, as well as the Director of Education and Program Directors to disseminate the information to faculty.

It's great to see such a complete approach to ensuring students receive and actually hear the content of the disclosures. Thanks for sharing this information, Amanda.

Michele - that sounds like a very thorough approach to ensuring information is shared.

Kevin - I agree that sometimes students do not recall all of the information that is shared with them during the admissions process. The requirement for students to sign to acknowledge receipt of such disclosures helps to provide evidence that the information was provided.

Brandon - some of the new disclosure requirements are not effective until July 1st of this year. It's good to see schools making efforts toward the increased disclosure requirements to be in compliance by the deadline.

I do know that Our institution has most of the procedures in place currently. There are a few that are still being put into place. I know that one of those is the placement rates on the web site.

Our prospective students are provided with all necessary documentation and disclosures, such as the student handbook, student catalog, and enrollment agreement. The students then sign the appropriate documentation to acknowledge receipt of the materials. This process is handled by our admissions coordinators.

All necessary disclosures and documents are to be provided to the student by their Admissions Coordinator. These documents should be uniform for all students, as they are prepared by our home office.

Since I deal with current students mostly, I will occasionally hear a student who says "I was never told that." I feel that this statement, generally, is misleading. I believe sometimes students are told but they are in a state of information overload, or the take a lesser role in the process and yield more control to their parent who may be with them.

Since we educate the adult student, I would always encourage our admissions team to get the prospective student involved as much as possible.

Our Admissions office handles this. They read the form out loud to prospective student and in front of a witness. Then all sign.

We have one particular disclosure form that outlines the process that a program goes through for degree approval. We require our ACs to read it out loud to the student and have witness at the school sign it. This is a upfront and honest way of informing the student of the process so that all parties involved are aware. Many students have commented on this disclosure form - they appreciate the honesty and opportunity to learn more about the process.

All students applying to the institution are given a copy of the school catolog. In addition, all applied students are required to read and sign an Enrollment Agreement that clearly states all obligations prior to starting in their chosen class

As part of the admissions process, a prospective student is provided with course catalog and student handbook, along with an enrollment agreement. The enrollment agreement is not signed as part of the initial application visit, but rather, is a take home, so the prospect has time to read carefully the disclosures outlined, within the EA, course catalog and student handbook, etc. When the prospective student returns, he/she is to bring their copy of their EA, along with all disclosures provided to them, to verify that they have received and read all materials provided.

The admissions process at our school is uniform and consistent. We ensure that our students are informed as well as treated uniformly within the entire process, from first contact through to their first day of class.

Our admissions team receive the most up-to-date training and information regarding the new regulatory climate as well as become subject to our own internal set of auditing controls. We have secret "shoppers" contracted by our organization.

Our students also receive all student handbooks, enrollment agreements, as well as course catalogues prior to their enrollment within our institution.

Our school remains to be as transparent within the admissions policy as possible. We operate within a "right to know" mentality.

During the interview process, our admissions coordinators provide copies of the disclosure documents to each prospective student. The disclosure documents are prepared by our Home Office.

The Course Catalog and Student Handbook have occupations each program will prepare students for and tuition, books, kits, and supplies figures.
