As a new instructor I feel alot more confident now in my instrucioal strategies after taking this course. 

It is an interesting course, the ED 104, as it highlighted practices that I knew little of; that I already utilize; and gave renewal to some previously learned techiques.

This course motivated me to think outside the box.  I am trying new things and allowing myself to test new theories, sometime we need to look at ourselves from a different prospective.

This course helped to improve and redefine my instructional expertise.

Very interesting and creative.

The most that I got out of this course is that it refreshed my memory on general policies when starting to teach a new class.  Other than that, I honestly did not get that much out of it.  As an instructor, we all need to understand the importance of setting an example and proper preparation.  I would have benefitted more if this course had introduced newer techniques on classroom management and preparation that I had never heard of before.  I already know how to develop a lesson plan, course syllabus, etc.  Like any other student, I needed something new and… >>>

This Module was very interesting and creative.  I did not realize how many creative games, ideas, and interactive things one can do with their class to engage learning in a fun and positive way.  I really appreciated all the examples that this mod provided with brief descriptions of how to apply them as well.  I would recommend this mod to instructors that are looking for new and exciting ideas to bring into their classes.

A very helpful course for a new instructor. I wish that I had this training prior to teaching and it reaffirmed many of the things I have learned in the classroom.

This course included excellent content to help remind me of the essentials of managing a classroom.  Reviewing information like this, such as dealing with problem students or recognizing instructor mistakes, is a good thing for even seasoned instructors! I'm impressed with this course!

After finishing this course, I realized some valuable tools to incorporate in my classroom. I loved how to get all students involved from the quiet student being in groups to the outspoken student to being an observer. These classroom strategies are excellence, especially for newer instructors with less than 3 or 4 years experience. Job Well Done!

I just finished reading class management and thought it was outstanding. I am going to try and bring some of the suggestions into my classroom. i loved the ones about bringing in the quiet students into the groups and trying to involve them in the discussions.
