The instructional benefits of knowing the learning styles of my students is that I will have a better understating of how each person prefers to receives and remember new information. I can this knowledge to be a more effective instructor because I can adjust my teaching style to hit a “middle ground†between all my students and their individual learning styles.
I bbelieve we all have had the types of teachers who are rigid in their way of delivering the content to their students. Also I believe we all have our own style of learning and teaching that we are the most accostumed to use. But with that said I believe that in this day and age and especially if we are dealing with career students, We must present a subject with various styles of teaching within the same lecture because after all retention has to do with academic success. This leads us to have to have less rigidity and more flexibility with our teaching styles.
By knowing the different learning styles of your students the intructor can modify content delivery methods to facilitate learning.
IT is a must to know students learning styles. This helps the instructor to prepare a lecture that can be understood by all students attending.
I try to incorporate all different learning styles into my lectures which seems to actually motivate the students to learn and keep things interesting
Understanding how different students input information helps you with the outputting of the information.

Knowing your students learning style will assist the instructor to deliver the content in a manner thatis the most beneficial to the student, some students do not know they style of learning and become very overwhelmed, if the content is delivered in one fashion
By knowing and understanding the learning styles of your students, you will be better able to plan your plan for delivery of course content. The best practice would be to use methods that target 50 to 60% of the learning styles in the class. This will help the students take in the information in their comfort zones and help other students get there as well.
Due to the subject matter I teach most often, this is how I approach my teaching as well. I give them the lecture/notes I feel they need. Then they perform the functions hands-on. When errors are made, they are identified. I then show them the proper way to do things. In situations where the answer can be found more ways than one, I encourage my students to work together so that they see how their classmates come up with the answers.
Identify the style lerning from each student,
So, I have right tools for teaching.
It will help with the deliver of the materials

Knowing the different learning styles facilitates preparation, delivery and reception of the information which result in positive and productive results.
A student's learning style influences their level of learning success. I feel it is important to understand that there is no “best” way to learn. There are many different learning styles, and different styles are suited to different people and/or situations and instructors should make a point of delivering the material in a way that addresses all learning styles. Benefits are that students obtain and retain more information and have better success in the class.
