Enrollment, Program, & Accreditation are the most commonly used terms.

Enrollment-Registering a student to take programs or courses at an institution when such registration obligates the student to pay tuition to the institution and obligates the institution to provide instruction to the student.

Program-A prescribed group of courses, taken in the proper sequence to attain mastery of a body of knowledge or set of skills, and leading to a certificate, diploma, or degree.

Accreditation-Accrediting agencies provide volunteer membership for institutions and act as "gatekeepers" for federal funding program participation if they are approved and recognized by the US Department of Education. Accrediting agencies are classified generally as national, regional, or programmatic depending on their charter, approval, and scope.

The tour is an important part of the student experience as a new enrollment. They are able to visualize the aspects of your school that you have been talking about in the interview. It is also a time where they meet other staff and faculty members.
