These materials include, what to say and not say, overcoming objections, our school catalog, schedules for employees and classes, quick links to important webpages, mystery shopping, what tuition includes, clubs at the school, software in the classes, program breakdowns, career services information, disclosures and more. My resource notebook, compiled by ongoing product knowledge meetings keep my notebook as a go to for my career as an admissions rep.
