I always had a notebook with new information learned, things that happens during the day of work, messages received, things that needed to be done etc. Never called it a resourse book. I am the School Director and I found this course good for all staff not only admission reps. As the School Director I also research for all new rules and regulations. I will have the Admission rep creat a resource notebook.

The Resource Notebook I am sure will be the most used book in my office. Another representative has one made. Would you suggest I make copies of hers so I have my own or do you think only 1 up to date kept in the office would work?
