Dabel,
The enrollment agreement along with the catalog constitute the contract between the school and the student.

The resource notebook is a very significant tool for admissions department. In the Resource book the rules and regulations should always be accessable for review in the event a question or concern should come up for the student as well as the school.

The enrollment agreement is very important to have in my resource notebook. Prospective students always want to know what terms they are agreeing to before they start school. It is important to be prepared to answer any questions that they may have.

Rachel,

The notebook is only as good as it is current. We must strive for keeping the materials current.-

Maribel,
It really helps you to know and see what captures the attention of your prospective students. You also have valuable feedback to marketing when the student comes in.

Accreditation as it applies to financial aid for my prospect. Enrollment agreement especially for my prospect as they are aware they are enrolling and signing a very important agreement and what the standards are for maintaing their eligibility.

Making the company aware that I need to be updated on the marketing materials and what is in place was super important. I am now included on a marketing call starting today.

The Resource Notebook is a quick reference so I don't have to search everywhere for the information I need. I have accumulated the details and rules regarding our school so I always have what I need to help a prospective student answer questions they may have about such a big decision.

Orientation. Catalog, Enrollment Agreement is our main focus.

I works for an Independent Postsecondary Educational Institution. At our institution we use many, if not most, of the terms described in this course. Some of the more frequently used terms include Enrollment and Enrollment Agreement. For example, I work in the Enrollment Deparment and discuss Degree Programs, Enrollment Agreements, Scholarships, and Title IV with every Prospective Student.

Enrollment Agreement

Of course! We should always be sharing our knowledge with others.

Allison,

Accreditation is a voluntary membership. Schools entering into accreditation should only seek membership in those approved by the USDOE.
