Ebony,

The value in the notebook is the updated information. Once it's established it should be updated on a regular basis in order to provide you the best information possible.

Patty Aronoff

Keeping a binder with tabs and sections seems to be the best way to stay organized with the paperwork related to this training. In addtion, you have to remember to keep your information updated at all times.

Jonathan,

Our offices are becoming more paperless and more automated as time goes by. We still have to rely on checklists and spreadsheets to keep track of the paperwork to make sure it is all completed and in a timely fashion.

Kristin,

Categories are great way to organize. We will find yourself with many different resources that all into one category. It's a great way to organize your notebook. Color coding is my best friend as well.

Crystal,

The notebook is a great asset. I'm glad to hear that you are loving it. Continue to build the value of your notebook by adding materials to assist you in your role in admissions.

Yvonne,

Great news! Following the process is an excellent approach. As we build our notebook according to the process we are following the compliance aspect through each step.

Patty Aronoff

Laura,

However you organize your binders, it's important that you are able to access the information when you need it. It is great because we build the notebooks ourselves according to our specifications.

Patty Aronoff

Tammy,
Excellent! Continue to add additional material to add value to your notebook. Make sure to keep the information current so that you do not find yourself referring to outdated information

AZRA,

Technology provides us an alternate way of maintaining files. It is very secure by having both options in maintaining files.

Patty Aronoff

AZRA,

Organization is key to compliance. Whatever path you take in organization, what remains is that we have an order and a process.

I keep my paperwork in a binder with tab compartments. I also keep a backup file on the computer

I organize my admissions training paperwork in a binder with tabs

Paperwork is automated at our campus now, but I use an excel tracker and a Wunderlist application to keep track of everyone. What about everyone else? What are we using?

Jonathan

I have a notebook, but I find it helpful to organize it by categories, tab each category and highlight KEY information that I may need quick access too. Color coding is my best friend and definitely makes my life easier.

I have a binder with an index and color coded tabs for each topic. Love it!

I am organizing all of my paperwork from the beginning of the process to the end.. Keeping everything in order.

Having a binder with specific sections is the easiest way to organize all the information we learn during training. Also I find colors and tabs to be beneficial so I know exactly what section to flip to based on the color.

I have a 3 ring binder with the statutes, an organization chart, definitions, catalog, and enrollment agreement all separated into tabbed sections.

Marva ,
Awesome! You are building a resource binder that will serve you well for many years to come.
