We organize all the information in a binder (hard copy) and another copy in an e- portfolio format. So we have access in our office or if we are out of the company we can go to our e-folder o portfolio and find the information.
We all organize all al the paper work and information related to the admission process by, having a list inside the all files with all the requirements they need, doing that we know exactly what is missing and what is not.
I organize my paperwork on my computer first then make a check off list before the customer appointment then print all I will need for the appointment and take my check off list with me.

The module has provided me with excellent information on how to organize the paperwork. First of all, I am including the key compliance information in the module. Second, a section that contains our enrollment information, Third, information on our university catalog, Fourth, Marketing flyers, fifth, information provided to students via welcome package and orientations and last information on Commission on Higher Education.
