Patrick ,
Keep on adding any additional material that will assist you. For example, who to contact, services available, and frequently asked questions of students.

Matiely,
Great job! It sounds like you have a solid process to ensure that you are proving the proper information in a timely process.
Patty Aronoff
Jeanette,
Excellent! Thank you for sharing your process. Using checklists is a best practice that helps to ensure compliance requirements are being met.

I could not agree more with you Patty. Someone with a law background should be involved in this matter.
Which is a great technique- but What about if your director's copy get lost? I would suggest the use of an electronic device to organize data and to be stored in an electronic file- such as an attachment to an email.
Organizing the paper work would require the need to follow CIE rules and regulations. In other words, no matter what procedures a school would apply, the consideration of following the guidelines of CIE would deem important as well
Hi Jeanette,
Great job in putting these together, Good organization does make our life easier. Dont I recognize you?
Merlene
The school has an admissions training manual. Internal procedures & governing body rules are regularly reviewed to assure compliance.
Since there is a significant amount of information and Florida laws, I have decided to have one binder for each section.
I have also created a folder with tabs with all the information required so far. I feel like this is such a useful tool in building a solid institution foundation.
All of my paperwork from the admissions training process is being placed in a binder and also saved on my computer for reference.
Yes, I have by putting all paper work such as, regulations, rules, and Code of Conduct in one folder.
I have created a binder indicating the necessary informationt that needs to be provided to the student through out the interview. Such as the Catalog, Enrollment agreement, Brochure, and Program Information Sheet. It is necessary to present these in a timely matter in order for the interview to run smoothly.
We have established a paper file with a sticker on the front of the file with the required documents listed in the front and a check off list. As the information is submitted we update the file and proceed with the application process. Once the individual changes from prospect to student, we will add the Enrollment agreement and any other documents that we require.
Brashel,
Excellent! Continue to add additional materials such as a frequently asked questions listing, a resource list, and an organizational chart.
Patty Aronoff
Monique,
Organization is great, especially when you have organized it yourself. You will quickly know right where everything is when you need it.
Patty Aronoff
Kevin,
Excellent plan! Continue to add additional information to build your resources.
Patty Aronoff
Brooke,
Whether you use traditional ways or electronic, the key point you make is the checks and balances incorporated in your system. Compliance is number one.
Patty Aronoff
merlene,
Great job! Keep up the good work and continue to build your resource notebook.
Patty Aronoff
Lois,
Student files should be a chronological history of their association with your school. They should be in the same order and in compliance.
