A frequently asked questions section is a very helpful tool that should be included in the notebook. This will keep the informations handy when needed.
Our school encourages each staff member to create a binder with tabs. It has items such as the school catalog, enrollment agreement, code of conduct, and compliance information.
The information has been printed and will be placed in a binder in an accessible location so that the staff have access to it.
To organize all the paperwork and related information for admissions, I will print out all the information containing admissions and put the information in a binder with taps separating each section. I will also document each time I undate the admissions information in this binder to make sure the material is updated.

Everyone of our students have a folder with all their information with an admission requirements checklist that will allow us to address all the requirements and making sure that all the columns are checked prior to student starting classes. The school's Admission Director keep all the completed files in the office, locked down to prevent unauthorize persons gaining access to them.
Our office is "green", so I have all documents regarding statutes, rules and regs, the catalog and all other pertinent program information saved on my computer in PDF form...I have created shortcuts to the information so that I may have a quick reference with just one click of my mouse...plus, each PDF file is easy to search with a key word or two, so I don't have to skim and scan through the text in a time consuming manner if I want to review or reference information.
I have created a binder for my paperwork to help me stay in compliant with the Commission of Independent Education.

I have started with the Resource notebook. I also keep our student hand book and catalog in my desk at all times. I find it easy to find answers to questions that catch me off guard that aren't commonly asked.
