I have a portfolio with the relevant information about the Florida States regulation in order to maintain as a reference documentation.
Ann,
Your institution is using technology in many ways to keep documents and everyone informed. Thank you for sharing your process.

Erin,
Tabs are a wonderful invention! I find that many use the same technique in the creation of their notebooks.
Patty Aronoff
Alison,
The binders tend to become voluminous but an excellent resource for us to remain compliant. Sub-sections further enhance your organization of the material.
Patty Aronoff
Tatiana,
Excellent suggestion! Good organization keeps us on track with compliance.

Laura ,
Excellent! Personally, I love color coding. I can quickly assess what I need basic on the color scheme that I have set up.

I have organized a binder with all the required paperwork including additional inserts with references to other admissions material of interest to the student. All paperwork is scanned and kept on file for easy access and editing. We have instituted a policy that whenever these documents are edited, an email of notification gets generated to all departments notifying them of the change.
Admissions training in my institute is on-going. We train in phases: Introduction, Catalog, Enrollment Agreement, and advertising strategy. Changes take priority and we interrupt our training session to insure new information is understood and made part of our script.
I have printed out all of the information provided in the modules and placed it inside a binder with tabs to divide and categorize information. The tabs make it easier for me to find the information I am looking for.
I have a huge binder that is organized by broad subject, then sub-sectioned within the broader topic.
Our institution created a files with numbers (sequense)traying to make it by steps and the paperwork that is not done, every file has a red flag where we can do the follow up.
I'm putting binders together with color coordianted tabs that seprates the admissions paperwork. I found this to be very helpful and extremely effiecient when seeking information. I'm able to get to the section I need quickly and answer any questions any student of employee may have in regards to admission, rules and regulations and any statutes.
Suzanne,
I do that as well. The protector keep everything fresh and ready to go.

I plan on doing the same thing, a binder. I would like to put all papers in sheet protectors as well. I know I will be going though the information often, and to prevent the papers from ripping or getting torn at the holes.
I have a binder with tabs with the information organize in sections to follow the sequense in while I will present information to a prospective student.
