I have a binder with the information in it that I keep handy. I also have a drawer of file folders with the major written at the top and all of the appropriate paperwork in it so if a student just shows up without an appointment, I have it all ready and at hand!

Tyrenna ,

Excellent! Continue to add additional material to assist you.

I have a binder labeled for all admissions paperwork required with color tabs.

i have created a binder with all the information and material given to me by my institution. I have created different tabs for each subject.

I created a notebook as well, with the rules, regulations and can continue to add any new information for access to me. That way any questions or concerns are at my fingertips and keep me abreast.

I include all my paperwork in a binder with dividers.

I created a binder with all the required information as well as personal notes

In binders and folders so that it will be handy whenever needed

Adding sample documents will be a great resource also adding additional paperwork provided by the institution related to admissions, such as sample docs, flow charts, checklists...etc

Hamlet,

I agree that your resource notebook is continuously evolving given that policies/procedures may change; keeping the notebook current would also prove beneficial for the prospective student's well being at the institution.

Patty,
It is important that we are proactive in maintaining current information. We can easily mislead by giving out the wrong information.

LaToya,

The best way is the way that works best for you! The important aspect is to have it available.
