I have been organizing my paper work by seperating it quiz after quiz. All the paper work that comes up before each quiz I made sure i seperated
I will print out a copy of the school catalog and include it in my training binder.
Creating a binder for each student is necessary. the student information is there when needed.
There are different steps in organizing the paper works. The agent must provide the necessary information to the prospective student.Have the student fill out the required paperworks and signs all paper needed if the student meet the requirements of the school or institution. The agent must be sure that the prospective student understand everything on the school rules and regulations, refund policies before enrolling in a priogram offered by the institution.

I have a packet I refer to as a "getting Started" packet. I give the packet to the student and go over all the contents while following along with a binder I prepared.
I am organizing my paperwork in a binder as well as keeping PDF documents open in my broweser for quick acess as I move through the program. I plan to check for updates monthly and keep the binder up to date as frequently as possible.
