Gustavo,
There is always something new to learn. We can never assume that we have it all.

Patty Aronoff

Helga M.,

Positive energy captures all those around you. When you are knowledgeable and excited who can turn away from that.

Patty Aronoff

I am new to my institution so I am still learning about it. I did know about the history of the institution and quite a bit about the programs and policies.

We ask each department in the school to update a program handbook every semester. The handbook is used by the admissions reps for educational purposes. It is essential it is always up to date.

I feel I have a strong grasp on the programs we offer, the costs, and the time to completion. I also feel like I’m well versed in our history, accreditation, and course and learning format.
I need additional knowledge in financial aid and the prior learning assessment process.

My institution prides itself on believing that our students, administration, faculty and staff have endless opportunities at their fingertips. Belief in our own capabilities helps develop a sense of passion, pride, honor and trust for our organization and amongst one another. As a result, we develop passionate professionals, strong leaders and effective mentors through both our mission and vision for each member of our community.

I am pleased to know it's long standing in the community...and throughout the country; and to be a part of an Institution that is Accredited instills a confidence in presenting the integrity of the Institution to the prospective student.

I would rate my knowledge as satisfactory for answering common student inquiries and where to look for information I'm not able to provide. I am able to speak to program admission requirements, curriculum/faculty, and general program inquiries (i.e. student organizations). Specific tuition or financial aid inquiries must be directed to the financial aid office. The actual application process and prerequisite verification must be directed to admissions. If a student is attempting to transfer a course, it must be approved by the respective department Chair.

I would rate my knowledge as a 8. I don't know all the specifics about all the departments but we have been having meetings to get together and discuss updates and new changes. As we communicate better, I know that all the employees will be up to date on all necessary information.

I am a new Admissions Representative working for a little over 2 weeks now. I am very impressed and proud to be part of this college. They are very big with following compliance, rules and regulations and a lot of great programs to offer. I like that they take the time to train their new employees.

the more you know the smarter you sound when presenting or given a presentation

I think that I know a lot about my institution because I ask and I visit often each department, classroom etc. However there is always room for more knowledge , we learn something new every day

I feel very confident that I know almost everythign about my institution. I have spent lots of time in many different departments and I make an effot to ask many questions.

My school is located in Largo, accredited by the Accrediting commission of career arts and sciences, owned by two principle owners, founded in 202 and 2012 we have a mission to educate and train each student.....there is so much more.

I have made myself familiar with the catalog and visited instructors of the various programs. I have also spoken directly to the students in the different programs. I know the programs it provides; its organizational chart; length of its programs and the various Administrative staffs' roles within the organization and how it applies to the overall success of the student in each program.

I rate myself with 90-100%

Every day you learn something new about the institution

Learning about the institution and the services provided are very exciting! Especially for that positive energy is transmitted to the prospective students

Martha,

Being involved at your school is the best way to learn about its culture and procedures.

Patty Aronoff

Carlos,

It is not only an expectation but a requirement. As we conduct business on behalf of the institution, there is a full expectation of a solid knowledge base.

Patty Aronoff

SUHEILY,

Your experience as a student will certainly help you as an administrator. When we remember the roots from which all is started we provide a better service.
