I would rate my knowledge of my institution as very good. I am familiar with all departments and what role each of them play in the success of our students. From Applicant status to graduate status. It takes all departments working as a team to have graduates. I feel as if I learn something new everyday that will benifit my students.
The first thing that I was familiarized with during my orientation was the organizational structure. It is important to know the chain of command and your left and right boundaries that why you know exactly how to properly conduct business. I would consider the moral culture to be part of this structure. I can testify for the good moral characters of my team and how they value the needs of the customer and the protection of their good name.
I learn something new about my school almost everyday. I have been with the company slightly less than 2 years and it never ceases to amaze me what I can learn from other Account Execs and managers. One of the first things I did after my recent promotion to sales manager is implement product training for all AEs which is delivered by our instructors. So far it has proven to be a valuable part of our overall employee training program.

leydis,
Accreditation is a key component for many schools. Learning about the accrediting body is important so that you can speak in detail about the agency.

alessandra,
Continue to develop and learn. So much happens in the classrooms. Stop y and sit in a class. Talk with instructors and current students.

Colleen,
It takes an entire college to create a graduate. We need to be versed in everyone's role to provide the best service possible.

I rate my knowledge as good, I can’t not say excellent because I learn something new everyday. I know the general requirements for all my programs; also I know all the programs by heart. Also pricing, how can they apply to obtain a license and so on.
I rate my knowledge a 10. I have been here for over 2 years now, and know and do my job well. I know the admissions process well, the programs, catalog, requirements, some knowledge of financial aid, etc.
Being one of the first employees at my institution and also the Senior admissions representative, I would rate my knowledge of the school as great; however we are an ever-changing online institution and through the years I have witnessed many changes in rules and regulations from CIE to our accrediting bodies, as well as new regulations pertaining to the different financial options that have become available to our students, such as FAFSA, VA, and G.I and MYCAA military benefits. I have witnessed many changes in regulations and have kept up pretty well with gaining knowledge and insight in order to pass this on to our prospective students.
I strongly believe that now after being here for over 6 months, I have gained a lot more knowledge with time. I have learned a lot also about our accreditation.
I believe I am extremely knowledgeable about the programs here at the institution.
I would rate my knowledge as good, however have learned even more with this program. My comfort level and confidence in participating in the admissions process has increased.
Working in the admissions department requires that you have a working knowledge of all departments...this can sometimes be a challenge but it is important that you have knowledge of all areas and are prepared when you are asked questions.
Hiram,
Isn't it great! I find it so rewarding to see the successes right before your eyes knowing we have had a small part in it.
