So far I have a good knowledge about the schools enrollment and application form. I also know the courses taught the length of it and the prices of each. I still have to get familiar with each topic to be able to help the prospective student to make a decision in regards to which courses he or she should take. We have courses who built on each other but do not have to be taken all. Students can also choose between the career of Nutrition or Herbalism.
The organizational chart is not that big as we are new and we only have a few staff. I myself covering different posts which makes it faster to get to the correct terminal but it can be a challenge at times.
I also have a good knowledge of the schools regulations and policies as I was helping to put them together.
I am still getting more information regarding the advertising and the admission process to make sure I have everything to answer all the questions of a student.
I know alot, i've been working here for 9 years, but what i love about my job is no day is the same and i learn something new everyday. Taking these courses are wonderful to me because it keeps me updated and refreshing my memory is always good!
This week I have been learning about my institution's philosophy of education, programs, pre-matriculation requirements, policies and procedures, along with interviewing process. I am discovering that my institution is committed to providing a personal fit for each student while strengthening consistency among each department so it is a smooth transition for students. I would rate my knowledge of my institution as rapidly growing!
I have a good understanding about our institution when it comes to the policies, regulations, fees, classes and student service. Where I have to get more knowledge in, is the area of every program we offer. To have a better understanding will help the prospective student to make a decision for his or her future.
I know my institution as being a top notch school in the country. They offer many different degree programs and certifications to the student.

I've learned about the programs that my institition offer locally and online, I've also learned about when ITT first started which was back in 1969. I also have learned a little about the ROI or Return on Investment and how it is considered in the selection for the programs.
I am the person who put together the school, so I know all of the content of the courses.
I would say that my level of knowledge is good, I try to stay updated on everything by sitting in classrooms and talking with different departments to make sure everything I have is updated. Of course there is always something new to learn and that is the reason why I constantly seek for any new information.
I have been there two years and I have learned alot, but I have also help with getting the package together for the State.
David,
You now have a different perspective into what goes into the development of a program.

i rate my knowledge base as good, having been a student for an extended period of time with college, grad school, and advanced doctoral training i have had experience in multiple scholastic settings. it has been interesting and a great learning experience to put a program together from the administrative side, and understand how vital things like the enrollment agreement and catalog are.. where i i probably took them for granted in the past.
Lillian,
Excellent! The best way to learn and develop is to teach others.
