I have been with the institution since it was just an idea! So I am really excited to see it go from an idea, to almost ready to open doors. I know alot about the courses being offered as I have been in that field for a long time. Its nice to be able to pass that knowledge on to others.

I am very well-informed about my institution thanks to the training provided when I started working here.
I know that we have a great organization and that we strive to keep in compliance in the new regulatory environment. We've changed a few processes and procedures to help make sure our students are properly informed of everything they need to be informed of.
I have been with the company for a year and half and feel on a scale of one to ten that my knowledge rates at about a 9.5 since we are constantly learning new things.

I rate my self a 7 out of 10. I learn that it is okay to ask for an accreditation manual if a policies and procedures manual in not on hand.
I know that it is wise to sit in on class to gain a better understanding of the program.
It would be helpful if I learned more about placement process and maybe, even sit in on a few professional development workshops.
I learn that many of the services offered by my institution is a part of student services. These student services include: career services, learning resource center, academic assistance orientation and career counseling.
I would rate the knowledge I have about my institution as being average I recently have changed jobs from one institution to another and the internal policies are quite different. I have a lot of practical application of policies and procedures, however I feel there should always be something to learn.
