We meet every Wednesday to discuss how the week is going with enrollments and making sure each department is on the same page. Every morning we discuss the plan for the day and appointments for the week.

There are meetings that are set up about every other week to discuss new technology for admissions, regulations, and anything that the Admissions Department feels needs to be shared with other individuals that talk to prospective students.

In order to learn more about may job, I try to attend weekly , monthly and training meetings.

In order to learn more about my job I attend: training meetings, weekly meeting, monthly meetings, and policy update meetings. Some of the meetings don't really apply to what I do, while they do apply to what the school is doing and I need to know about that in order to be a better admissions representative.

Casey,

Perfect! That is a great way to start the week well informed and discuss the outcomes of the previous week.

We meet every Monday morning to discuss the upcoming class starts, ends, cancellation and any other details about the classes.

I attend many meetings during my work week. I attend weekly team meetings, biweekly department meetings, monthly staff meetings, and quarterly compliance trainings. In addition, I attend teleconferences that are specific to new initiatives and policies. I have to admit that my organization keeps me well informed!

Lisa,
Good communication lines start with individuals and their personal communication. We should strive to keep the lines open and productive.

Jacquelyn,

Excellent! Being together and making sure everyone is following policy and procedure keeps the school on the right path for compliance.

Ana Maria,

We should always be looking for new strategies. There is a very dynamic world out there with very informed consumers.

Patty Aronoff

Gretchen,
We should always be looking at our processes with the student in mind, from the student's perspective. Sometimes they get lost in the process. Students first!

Belen,

We have staff meeting once a month, to inform staff members on any new changes that is made and what can we do to make any new improvements. We try to do our best of have a good line of communication so that we are all on the same page.

We have a weekly meeting to discuss policies and procedures.

Admissions Budget meetings are my favorites. New strategies for success are a plus in those meetings as well

We currently have weekly "stitching" meetings to get together with our Campus Director and Financial Aid in order to review where future starting students are at in the enrollment, financial aid and scheduling process. There are also weekly meetings for us as individuals to meet with our Directors/Management and be assessed on our performance. In concurrence with these meetings, there are Product Knowledge meetings, Career Services lectures and other individual meetings that can arise as neccessary.

Meetings are important to keep abreast with changes is regulations and assess if the team is achieving the goals and following the rules and regulations.

Luis,
