Shanna,
Meetings are important in order to stay compliant and keeping the learning going.

I attend as many admissions meetings and marketing meetings as possible to stay up to date

I attend several meetings for instance we have weekly enrollment team meetings to discuss anything new about our jobs. We have programmatic meetings for instance I'm certified to offer education programs and we have monthly teleconferences. We have quarterly all staff meetings to learn about any new policies and regulations, region updates, and university wide updates.

Hi Patty,
We have a lot of meetings that we attend. We have graduation team meetings to discuss how our students are doing and to see if any of the deparmtment need anything from us or if we need anything from them for the students, we have enrollment team meetings for trainings and updates, we have all staff meetings with each department to come together for updates.

I'm only been working at this job for one month, I already attended meeting with the Director, the chair of every program offere at the school and also a staff meeting, so I think this school is doing the right thing.

I attend team meetings on a weekly basis. My manager and I meet for a one on one meeting bi-weekly. The enrollment department typically meets once per month as well as a campus meeting which involves the entire staff. New regulation updates and admissions policies are discussed during all meetings. The university also sends email notifications as well requiring mandatory tutorials and assessments each quarter.

Alison,

Meetings are opportunities to continue your learning. Take advantage of this wonderful resource.

Admissions meetings typically. also any other meetings deemed pertinent by our Director

I attend monthly director's conferences, commission meetings as well as council meetings. Attending these meetings keeps me up-to-date on new programs, policy, and procedure changes.

We participate in daily huddles, weekly department meetings, and monthly campus meetings. We also have several online resources and training available to stay current on our information.

We actually do a daily meeting every morning where we discuss the prospective students we met with the day prior. We also talk about what appointments we have for the day. This gives the team a chance to all be on the same page and know what we have in the works.

The Admissions staff conducts a monthly meeting to cover policies and procedures. We go over current policies and job placement provides career related statistis.

We have weekly training meetings that I am required to attend. These meetings include information of the programs we offer as well as student resources we offer. This is a great oppurtunity to learn more about our institution and more product knowledge to tell prospective students.

Matthew,

Meetings for admissions are usually daily, weekly, and monthly. Each meeting is an opportunity to grow as a team.
