In the specific case of online programs we have created and are constantly updating a state regulations notebook that contains compliance documentation, links, contacts, correspondence and other information about what we are allowed and not allowed to do in each state. Even states in which the College has no physical presence vary considerably on whether or not an outside institution is allowed to enroll or solicit residents of that state.

However, since we do have a presence in Ohio, the College's requirements are more clearly spelled out.

I look at the catelog, enrollment agreement, and the information on our company website to ensure we are meeting the Rules that regulate activities.

The website and the school catalogue are great resources for learning!

I have been learning rules from our online training we have in our professional development area

Initally, by reading the mountains of information, forms, catalogs etc. Then I will be with experianced agent's and my supervisor. Then it's back to the catalog again to understand what I read the first time.

I have been learning the regulatory rules by studing multiple reading material and studing are advertising ads. But the must helpful info I have received is straight from the heads of each department of study that we offer here.

At my new school, rules and regulations are easily accessed through a portal, where the subject matters are clearly defined and all areas of compliance are covered. It is extremely helpful!

Not only through taking this valuable program, but also going through the links provided, my training with my school, my supervisor, but also following the Education news weeking in my local newspaper and doing my own research.

Studying the catalog and any rules, regulations and procedural manuals that are available.

I have been reading the catalog and the policies and procedures to be sure that I am education on all.

My initial "on-boarding" has provided not only a place for learning but also as a supportive resource. My resource binder is a "one-stop-shop" for necessary information. The ability to read/print/file important information places those critical functions, policies and rules at my fingertips.

The ways I learn the various rules is repeatedly going over the rules and keeping them in a binder for review. Always checking the website for new information.

The Catalog at my institution has been a tremendous source to learn about the various Rules, however the enrollment agreement has also been very helpful

One of the primary means of learning the rules and regulations is taking state license training and exams. I have also found it useful to go to my schools training and development website and take the classes and modules there to learn and understand the rules and regulations that govern an agent's activities.

I too find my college's catalogue as well as policies and procedures hugely beneficial. I have a resource notebook, but I acutally find it most helpful to bookmark/ favorite the webpages for these resources b/c then searching through them (when I am looking for some specific piece of information) is so much easier and expeditious.

I am learning new rules everyday, during our role-play scenarios, the policies we have been reading over, webinar, LMS learning website, and through discussions with my Director.

At my institution we have training programs and documents that are dispersed to us covering various statements that apply to our programs. Those documents are the guidelines that we use to discuss those topics with potential students.

Frequent meetings that we discuss any changes or future changes with the various Rules that regulate our activity. I believe having open communication with our DOA and Campus President allows for important information to be easily presented. Also, we are always keeping in mind the Ohio Board and any other regulatory agencies that we can check out the websites.

Reading the catalog, completing enrollment paperwork, and reviewing this training have helped me to learn the rules that regulate my activities. All three have helped me to memorize the important rules so that when I talk to prospective students it is a seemless transition between acquiring and giving them information about getting started in a new program.

My school is very concerned about good customer service and expect us to conduct ourselves ethically. We are given extensive training and constant validation throughout the enrollment process.
