I have a folder where I keep a copy of all the neccesarry documents that are needed for the admissions process from the Ohio Disclosure form, Ohio enrollment agreement, the application, and the required basis for admissions documentation.

We have all the admissions documents in the consultation rooms which are used to meet with perspective students. This way all employees have a centralized location to retrieve documents and stay up to date.

We have filing cabinets that separate all the paperwork needed for the admission process. This includes state forms like the Enrollment Agreement and the Discloser form. This makes it very easy to make sure all paperwork is done at the time of enrollment.

I organized all the paper work with colorful tabs that seperate each section.

I have found a binder is the best way to stay current and organized. I make sure to use tab and post-it notes for ready reference items.

I took the time to understand exactly what the paperwork is so that I can effectively communicate the information to my students.

I organize all students paperwork in a folder and maintain it in a hanging file.

I have a large binder that I enclose all of my materials in daily or weekly as processes are updated.

I keep updated information at my desk and is seperated by subject which allows for quick reference.

I will put paperwork in chronological order as presented to perspective student.

I began the admissions organization process by printing pages that contain the rules and regulations. I then used dividers within my file, and placed first the regulations and then the documents from my institution that corresponded, so that I am fully aware of how it all works together. I am also assured that I have all the necessary documents which are required by the state of Ohio.

not really - I already had my folder pretty well organized.

We have a process in place that would not only accomodate the state guidelines but also the organization's guidelines which includes training and workshops to make sure the admissions process flow smoothly not only for prospective student and parent, but also for the school rep as well.

I have just started training, however I will prepare a folder to keep all important information.

I have to say that organization is one of my best qualities. It just comes natural to me

I put the information in the order that I use most often.

I have wondered about this as well. Your answer to Howard was helpful.

I concur. This is a great idea.

Even though I have always kept a notebook/binder, I have benefitted from comments and tips from others in the forum. Thank you!

We have a process in place that helps to ensure that not only does the student receive all the pertinent info, but also that it is stored and recorded in an organized fashion. A checklist of all the necessary forms helps to make sure everything is completed properly as well.
