I find it is a mix of questions pending the comprefention of the student. Most of the time I over explain duing the paperwork so all is informed and the student has no other questions prior to the FA appointment.I think the questions come later after the student has tested and knows he or she is able to enroll.
No. Very few ask questions. Occasionally parents will ask some good questions.
The students usually do not ask these kind of questions. It's the parents that ask these type of questions. Student's get excited about the prospects and the parent's look at the detail.
The representative should always make it clear about the policies in question.
Generally not many. More about FA of course.
I am a newly hired representative and have not experienced the process of enrolling, however; from my observations of other representatives, I am confidant that I will be thoroughly trained to handle the questions appropriately, legally and thoroughly.
From my experience working in high schools, it seems like most students ask the same type of questions over and over again. These are generally the types of questions that area available in an enrollment agreement. Very rarely have I come across a question that has never been asked before or is not listed in an enrollment agreement.
Most Students dont have a lot of questions.
No. The students are more interested in the college life, and housing, food plans etc.. It is vital for the reps to make sure the students understand whats going on. We all have to remember that we are there to HELP the students.
most of the students question are around financial aid
My experience has been that as long as I do a thorough job in explaining things PRIOR to completing the enrollment, students usually don't have many questions about policies at this point.
No. Many of our students read the enrollment agreement thoroughly and the admissions reps also explains it in detail to them.
I agree that it is very important to stress the importance to the prospective student. That is why we are here! Because they really don't know the importance until we explain it.

I havent had a lot of one on one time with the enrollment process however what I have found is that the students do have many questions about the process in general.
I don't think many questions are asked during the admissions process because we have a power point presentation that covers the policies and statements thoroughly, this is helpful tool to perspective students and does give them a chance to ask questions about things they may not be clear on.
Not really students do not ask many questions when getting to the enrollment agreement. After meeting with them and talking with them we have built rapport and find that i have covered everything.
No not really they are more concerned about price not really policies or statements in the enrollment agreement.
John, I am finding that the majority of students questions are concerning financial aid and course scheduling that the policy/procedure.
Hello John,
Traditionally we find they do not. Our university provides for a list of items that must be covered with each and every student to insure that this information is imparted.
It does not however stop there. We also have a rigourous New Student Orientation program whcih is does online, very similar to this course in many mays that students are required to do prior to 1st class.
Respectfully,

I like to get the students to think. The more they think, the more questions the ask. The more questions asked, the deeper the value and committment.
