Even though I am only twenty three years old my generation turned out to be baby boomers. I guess that the people that I have surrounded myself with have had a great influence in the way that I think; however being that I am twenty three I do have a few characteristics of a millennial.
It's awesome that you recognize the variety of traits that you posess and how they might relate to the different generations. How do you think your competitive spirit has benefitted you at work?
Even though I am a Millenial I have some traits of a Baby Boomer. I am very competitive in my work!

Since I'm a Baby Boomer, I have to focus on being more to the point (shorter sound bytes)and using email with Gen X more than I'm used to.

Generation X is the key to success for me.

I don't like authority So I guess a little baby Boomer and I do like to be challenged so millennium as well

my style is generation x, i'm pretty sure it came from the place and time that i grew up in.
