My generation is a mix between baby boomer & generation X. I have similarities in both and can relate. Even though as per description I should be under generation X. I have a real connection to baby boomers mybe because I am young at hear & thinking

I am a Baby Boomer, strong work ethic. Slackers bother me. I value working as a team and I am very competitive.

Most likely the way I was raised. I also think that the typical characteristics of a 'millenial' refers more to the younger crowd in that category. My younger brother is also categorized as a millenial and he definitely has more attributes of that category and very few (if any)attributes of Gen X even though we were raised in the same way.

Going just by when I was born I would be classified as a Millenial. However--during the assessment I was categorized as a Gen Xer.
It looks like you have a good mix of Gen X and Baby Boomer traits. How do you think having this mix of styles helps you in your communication with others?
Dr. Jean Norris
I find myself more related to a mix of baby boomers and Gen X. Growing up with two baby boomers as parents and passing on their work ethic provided me with a solid foundation. My social environment and friendships brought in the other part of my Gen X side. Giving me a strong work ethic with the traits of Gen X.

Before I took the quiz, I would have thought that I was a Baby Boomer all the way! I actually scored Generation X. I love to interact with the students and welcome their feedback and thoughts into the material that we are learning. I will also share past events and life experiences with them in hopes that they can relate to some of the things that are being taught. I feel that most people learn best by good visualization techniques and assimilation. I think that an instructor. I try to observe each student's learning and testing style.

I am between generation x and millenias generation, because I was born in 1983 and have characteristics of both.
That's great awareness Leon. What do find most challenging about maintaining a work-life balance?
Dr. Jean Norris
The generation style that resonates most with me is generation X the ability to balance work as well as mantain a quality personal life is very importatnt to me. Having the entrepreneural spirit is also very appealing.
