We immediately let the appropriate people know and then the status of DNC is posted for everyone.

Our campus places this kind of restriction in the students file which can be seen by all instructors in Campus Vue.

We have a computer based data base that comments can be placed in and restrictions can be up dated by an employee.

DNC notes are posted in CampusVue

We post DNC (Do Not Call) in our computer system our campus uses, CampusVue.

I make sure to handle the situation immediately verbally and written. Put all detailed information on campus Vue for the DNC.

Our institution uses campas vue to track our do not call list. If a student has not been contacted within ninty days, this student will be put on our do not call list.

DNC is noted in campus-vue

Through Campus Vue. DNC entry to indicate such restriction.

We manage with Campus Vue.

DOA's usually help identify who needs to be set up in CV as do not call.
It is a good tool for AR to check before calling.

CV is a great forum to document DNC

We have a DNC prompt in Campus Vue, which is easy to find and access.

DNC notes are visibly noted in CampusVue in the student master record right next to the number which is great because you are automatically prompted to not call. I have also seen activity notes that state do not call in addition to the DNC notes on the master record.

CV should be updated witht this information.

DO NOT CALL (DNC'S) ARE PUT INTO CAMPUS VUE

The DNC request is noted in campus vue. This seems to be a good system as we generally get student phone numbers/contact information from campus vue.

we record it in campus view, and also respect thier request if they do not want to be called again.

It would be BOLDLY noted in Campusvue and through the process of filtering reports properly be eliminated from your call list.

In CampusVue on the student information screen, the is a box which will be filled in as "dnc".
