The resource notebook is an excellent tool to introduce to the office along with our Standard Operating Procedures. It is a quick reference for all the office staff.
Most important is the catalog for the courses always send out along with discussing it with prospective students to show as much assistance. Not just sending but discover what they want and navigate possibly if time permits through catalog so it doesent seem like information overload when they recieve the catalog. Always show online catalog as well as many are tech savy and perfer the online versus book catalog.
Enrollment Agreememnt is the contract and should not be taken lightly with the studen,t that is binding them. At that point make sure the student has made the decision of choice and is totally sure before signing.

So far I have located the Terms & definitions print out provided in the course. I have also secured a Catalog, Enrollment Agreement and Forms, and Employee Handbook. I am awaiting on the Marketing Material and plan; Institutional Policies & Procedures Manual, Student Manual, and Internship Manual. I will be requesting an organizational chart and Career Services information such as events, programs, hours, success stories and more.
I have discovered that our institution followes a simple montra regarding enrollment: We look at Aptitude, Attitude, & Motivation to determin recomendation into our programs; always using integrity as our foundation. We are Nationally Accredited by ACICS.

Yes, agents must be licensed. They are operating on behalf of the institution to conduct business and must be licensed by the state.

ACICS is a national accrediting agency that is recognized by the USDOE. The enrollment agreement along with catalog constitute the contract with the student.
