I have a notebook started and am adding tabs with all of the information from this class. I have also added a section to collect FAQ. It makes it so much easier to have that information right there when a question comes up.
It is all organized in a binder according to department.
Putting this Notebook together is a time consuming process but I can see the time saving benefits once it is done. It will be my "playbook".

Having an electronic copy is a wonderful tool. I still like to have a paper copy to mark up and write in notes.

Dolly,
It will be the best read book on your shelf. Use it often and keep it updated.

i AM NEW IN THE ADMISSION PROCESS BUT I CREATED A FILE CABINET. AND SEPARATE FILE BY SECTION.
I have created a resource notebook and plan to add dividers so that it is easily accessible
I'm updating and organizing the binder containing all pertinent information and forms (information about the school, catalog, enrollment agreement, policies and procedures, organizational chart, etc.)
I have it in a binder with attached folder.
I have printed out all of the supporting pages from our catalog to correspond with each section in the training.
Put all the needy information to your PC
All information is being place in the suggested notebook and will be place on an accesible shelf near my workspace
I am organizing all the information provided by this training in a binder with sections for each item discussed. Kevin

Frequently asked questions is a great reference source. Keep adding or substracting questions in an effort to keep them current.
