Sharon,
Staff meetings are important in order to keep the campus unified and together. It's an opportunity to share information and ask questions.

keep checking dept of ed and CIE webswites

Staff meetings are a great way for everyone to make sure they are up to date and on the same page.

Communication with the school President and relying on up-to-date information to be reliquished.

Priscilla ,

Student services is so important in the life cycle of the student at your school. Having the right assistance when life throws the student a new challenge, may make the difference between continuing with their education or dropping out.

We have a weekly meeting as well as a separate student service meeting weekly.

Catherine,
Excellent! Far distances do provide for challenges. You are keeping those communication links strong with your efforts.

Patty Aronoff

Carla,

We are always looking to the student as number one. Without them, we do not have a school and their experience transcends far outside school walls.

Patty Aronoff

Jose,

Student feedback is important as it gives you information from a student perspective. But keep in mind, each student's perspective will be different.

The current students will pick up on your being there in a class. There is much reward for doing so. The students will see you in a new perspective.

I work for a business school that belongs to a British university. I am fortunate to have friends all over the campus in the UK and they send me updated policy booklets and brochures to help me stay up to date. I do prefer receiving them in the mail and being able to refer to them and show them students, rather than always looking for online information.

Keep in touch with Directors of Education, Graduate Placement and my ADOA and one of the most important people is the current student.

Not only make sure that i talk to all the diferent deparments in my school. But talk to the student's as well to get feed back from them, really important.

We have weekly meeting with all departments in my institution to stay on top of everything and communicate

I am the only Admission Rep and so I made a effort to sit in on a class once a week for a few minutes at a time, this way I get to know the students and teacher and how they interact. If I see something that needs to be worked on or changed I can speak about it first hand.

Guy,
Asking questions is the gateway to learning. Ask questions and get answers to increase your knowledge.

Patty Aronoff

Yesenia,
The catalog and the enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school. Every admissions representative should know the catalog thoroughly. If you don't understand part of it, ask.
