I would rate my knowledge about my institution as really good. I believe very strongly in structure, organizational skills, and policies and procedures.
We work hard every day to make sure our students are well informed regarding our program and all it has to offer them.
I am discovering different advertising and marketing tools that will help our institution with growth in the future. Very exciting!:-)
I am a recent employee at my institution and oversees almost all areas of the institution. As a result, I am constantly reviewing and discovering and revising information about my institution. I am constantly reading rules and regs to ensure compliance so my knowledge-base continues to expand.
I have been running the office for almost a year, answering informational questions regarding our program, conducting interviews, handling admissions, accepting payments, and organizing, filing, scheduling, and keeping up with reminders to students for requirements for graduation. I also prepare class assignments and average grades for instructors. The information I have acquired was provided through the director in printed-out how-to lists as well as direct instruction. I am thoroughly familiar with our catalogue and enrollment agreement and the policies we adhere to. Along the way I have learned how to help students find out more information to take the national exam and in finding a job.
I continue to learn every day. But I have learned our program offerings and history. I feel it is very important for prospective students to know the history.
Since our institution is small I know where and what everyone does on the organizational chart. Even though it is defined, there is some crossover.

I would say that my knowledge of my institution is good
I just started with my institution last week but I have been studying the material given to me on a daily bases.
I would rate my current knowledge a 7 out of 10. I know about the admissions process very well through past experiences with working for other schools. I am discovering more information about the specific degree program that I will be talking about with potential prospects who would be interested in our program.
I would say that my knowledge of my institution is good. I know of the expectation of me during the enrollment process. I know to whom I should redirect certain questions to that may beyond my purview.
WE just got approve for our BSN program !!! our school is working on bringing in a few new programs.Our 2nd campus will soon open.Its going to be a great year of growth for us .
