Robert ,
I like it! Meetings are important for exchange of information. Having the CEO participate indicates the importance of having a forum for all to participate.

Maxine,
It is certainly a whole school project. The schools that work together are the ones that are successful. Keep the communication lines going!
Patty Aronoff
Candice,
History gives so much insight. Tells you where the school has been and where it is headed. The rules ensure you meet that future!
Patty Aronoff

Adrian,
Sounds so exciting! History that is rich makes an outstanding conversation. Prospective students want to know about the institution they will attend and the impact of its existence on others.

Hello Patty,
Our CEO visits all the campuses and he host a luncheon called "lets talk". During this time he informs us of where our school is at, additions, changes and how we are working on becoming a better school for our students. We also have monthly and weekly staff meetings with our Executive Director.
As the Training specialist it is critical for me to know as much as possible about the institution and then pass this information on.
A good deal of time is spent communicating with various departmetns to update information.
I would say I know about 80% of my college. Like who founded it and the rules and guidelines. But what I discovered was all the legal rules and guidelines that pertained to the college
My knowledge on my institution is always growing everyday, I have a very good grasp on all information but I am always looking for new ways to learn ad organize (like the binder)
As I said before, I am new to admissions. I am learning new and important facts everyday. I would I know enough to get the student through to enrollment. I would like to know more, and I ask, research on a daily basis, to make sure I gain as much knowledge as possible. I am looking forward to spending time in some of the classrooms, and I already spend a lot of time observing in many different settings. ie orientation, graduation, open houses, etc...
I keep updated on our school daily. I am in close relations with the Dean, faculty and my director. As I said before knowledge is power. We can always learn something new. The minute we stop, we are not doing our jobs.
I would rate my institutional knowledge as excellent.
I have had an opportunity to learn a lot about the school and its programs that are offered. The school has a very rich history and tradition. It has a strong alumni backing, and is on the track to make a global impact on the world. So it make speaking with potential studies about their college options fun, and easy!
Emma,
Meetings are a great way to bring everyone together and keep up todate. Share information and ask questions.
Patty Aronoff
Patrick,
One program is definitely an opportunity to learn in depth about it. Also prospective students know what they are coming to your school for.
Patty Aronoff
Karen,
It is better to provide training and information so thathaving that background shines through. Consumers are very savvy today and an tell the difference when shopping different schools.
Patty Aronoff
Londa,
Part of the fun of learning is the discovery process. Your role as admissions rep brings you new discoveries every day. Exciting stuff!
Patty Aronoff
Vicky,
Congratulations! You can certainly speak from the student perspective and a testament to success through change.
Patty Aronoff
Jason,
Excellent news! To be effective and pursue excellence, we must follow an approach such as you describe.
