We attend meetings online, web conference, whenever the authorities call us.

Regularly, they are monthly, in case a problem arises, we meet to solve the situation.

I like to stay abreast with the happenings on campus and within the industry. Therefore, I attend all staff meetings whether they are online or onsite.

I attend virtual meetings since I am a remote employee. The topics can vary amonst all of those topics and include compliance issues.

Meeting once or twice on a monthly basis is definitely a great way to keep everyone at your institution informed. Meetings can help everyone engage and learn something new about your programs and the way we can better them.

Once or twice a week, I get in contact with the staff I work with... It always updates all the information required with the job we do and all the ideas that they present are taken into account for a better develop of our institution.

My supervisor conducts 2 meetings a day to discuss leads, what's on the agenda for the day, & best practices. There are also weekly meetings in the conference room for role plays & system training.

Meetings are a vital sources of information. I like to have bi weekly meetings with the entire team and weekly meetings with the admissions staff. It is important to share experiences and learn form the best practices.

In our area of Financial Aid is important to have weekly meetings as well as trained co-workers. Updates on FA occurs very often, and because of this our team members should receive this information fast to keep them up to date.
