As an adimissions representative or agent you must be trained to learn well these Requirements which include the guidelines for the purpose of the program, administration, program and curriculam, admissions, faculty, learning resources, publications and ads, fair comsumer practice, etc. You will be able perform your job on the right track. In short CIE requirements are having a great impact on your performance of your job.

You want to always perform your job within the laws and guidelines set forth by any regulatory committee. Having said this, the CIE offers rules that should be followed. It is important that an admissions representative be up to date on these rules.

The rules and regulations set forth make me cautious when it comes to advertising and documentation. I always want to be sure that we are in compliance and following requirements.

Keeping the student's best interest first is the basis behind regulatory requirements. It's a wi-win.

I personally work as a Financial Aid Officer, but I believe that if we are professsionals and we are responsible and make sure that we are doing our job correctly it should not be affected in a negative way. I have found that this training gives me wonderful tools to make sure that I follow guidelines and that I'm putting the students and prospectives students best interest first.

The Florida Commission for Independent Education requires that all admissions and recruiting staff complete approved training. With this training, the employees will be equipped to properly do their job.

Admissions staff really do need to know the current Commission Rules so they do not misinform prospective students.

I need to be sure I am always well informed of any new policies,. procedures or changes so I stay within conpliance with the regulatory requirements at all times.

In admissions I am constantly aligning myself to the CIE requirements. Without them I would still have guided the student in the right direction, however, many of the CIE requirements are in place to protect both myself as well as the student. I enjoy having such a detailed oversight controlling the regulations of my institution.

Commission for Independent Education requirements affect how I perform my job by giving me rules to guide me. Most of the Commissions requirements are structured to protect the school and the student.

I have to be informed on school policies and procedures as well as the requirements for the Commission for Independent Education. This makes me a better representative of my school.
