The CIE defines the guidelines and rules of conduct for me to provide a high level of customer service to clients seeking post-secondary education.
The CIE requirements is a guideline to ensure that as an admissions representative my students can depend on accurate information. Also it requires that I stay current and accountable regarding rules and regulations by cotinuing education and researching useful websites which benefits my institiutionm myself and my students.
CIE regulations make sure we follow all the rules, to be compliant, to best inform the student and to protect the school. It also ensures that I keep current with any new guidelines.

The CIE affects my position in a way that it requires me to meets required regulatory standards that position me to be an advocate for the prospective student. I must meet and maintain the licensing requirements for the state of Florida. I must provide full disclosure so that the prospective student makes the best and most informed choice possible for advancing their education which will prepare them for their profession of choice, and study, upon graduation.
The regulations help an admissions representative know how to speak to potential students and enroll them in our institution. We must comply with Florida laws on Fair Consumer Practices. We must make sure our institution is up to date on new policies. In order to keep our license, we must be compliant in all areas outlined in the state statutes. With training sessions such as these, our admissions representatives will be strictly following the laws that govern our institution.
Regulations are in place for us to follow them, and I understand why it is so important to understand them, because if you don't follow them, it could close down the school and you will be out of a job. Very important to follow regulations.

Following the CIE requirements is important. Our job is to inform and assist students in their process to choose the right career paths for their future. If we stay compliant and follow regulations as required, than we have done or job in the best interest of the student.
It is vital that we operate in compliance with the Commission for Independent Education's requirements. In job performance, it is always important to be up-to-date with regulations in order fairly consult with a prospective student. It is also important that there is transparency in the regulations and students have access to this as well.
CIE governs all requirements of a school to ensure that the quality of education that a student seeks is legit, formal, and in compliance with state regulations. Keeping up to date with all CIE regulations is most important in the admissions field to ensure that you deliver the most accurate information to prospective students, that they may make a formal decision to attend your instituion.
Basically the fact is that the Commission for independent Education is the key for accurate information in the colleges and universities. The organizations affect the job in admissions because it contains standards of regulation and these are key.
The Commission for Independent Education requirements allows me to perform my job if I'm meeting their standards and expectations as an admissions representative. They help me stay up to speed on any changes I may need to adjust for to stay in compliance with the state.
I think that perfore and comppensation can be linked. As long as the rep is being compliant and interested in the students best interest. Unfornunatly their is no guarantee that will happen.
Following the CIE is a must in order to fully do my job as a admission representative. I feel more confident and i feel i the CIE requirements is in place to protect me and the students. I stay up to date with all the requirements in order to ensure i'm doing what is required in order to protect myself, the students and the institution.
