Yes, there are many ways to gain information that you need to perform your job well. When you start, you recieve an "interview" packet that you use to ask a chair, rep, director questions to familiarize you with each department. Our school provides you with online courses to be completed along with tests that follow. It is important that no matter how much experience that you have had in the past, that you continuely keep up with your current school and surrounding areas even through outside workshops.

Yes! New Admissions employees are trained in this area and all Reps have a guide to keep at their desks to refer to.

Yes our organization has an easy to find FAQ that is conveniently located on the school's website, on the home page. This is a helpful guide to me because I can use this as an easy to view tool that takes seconds to find. Another feature that our schools website has is a Live Chat button that students and myself can click on to to talk to an experienced admissions rep. Even if I am unsure of a specific answer, I can live chat with them and they are always so informative and respond right away. This is a great feature that I would recommend to all prospective students to use.

Yes, there are several hard copy handouts that our school provides on a daily basis.

Yes, our school does provide FAQ and answers that prospective students ask during the admissions process. I printed them out and have them posted on my desk so that I am able to refer to them at any time. As a new agent, knowing how to answer certain questions is very helpful and will help to make sure that the prospective student gets all of the information needed to start their career path

My institution stresses by the book policies and following the guidelines with no short cuts to be taken, they are strict with the guidelines but it better serves the student and keeps the student on a path from the beginning to the end of their degree program.

My institution has an online catelog that is 132 pages that outlines everything the student needs to know about the institution and student rights and beyond, an excellent tool for new and continuing students.

Although FAQ sheets help, many questions can be answered based on our own student experiences, and when questions come up about military and finacial aid, it is important to transfer the perspective student to the correct department.

Yes, it is important to be able to answer all student questions as honest and truthful as possible. The frequently asked questions page is a good resource, although every student has their own questions that may not be answered, it is important to know who to contact at your institution, if you are not able to answer a students question.
