That is interesting, now I want to ask around in order to find ours, if it exists.
For me I am finding that the most convenient resource is to ask my manager who sits right next to me any time I have a question. Also, it is helpful to take courses such as this course to bring all the issues to mind. However, the most complete resource I have found so far is the 2 resource books that have been provided by both my local office and the corporate office. Every question that I have run into I have been able to find in those resources. It takes some digging time, but the answers are there.

By reviewing the catalog and enrollment agreement, as well as paying close attention to internal memos from my supervisors. The state Board of Career Colleges and Schools is an excellent way to keep ourselves uptodate on changes and pertinent information.

I have been shadowing my supervisor who has trained me on specific rules. I also have print outs of the different rules we have to follow. This has been very enlightening, I can better understand why certain information is on my schools enrollment agreement, and why it is important. It also emphasizes the importance of making sure students really understand the enrollment agreement and catalog.
