I have taken time to meet with each department head to ensure that I am completing the paperwork the way the campus prefers it to be completed. In addition, I have participated in campus training and reviewed the catalog and additional paperwork to make sure I am aware how the processes are at my institution.

Building solid working relationships with employees in other departments is also helpful. It will give you an opportunity to ask program specific questions that will aid you in properly assisting students with program matching. It will also help you to learn more about your school, the people you work with and conduce an overall positive working atmosphere.

I think my instution could benefit from ongoing training in this area. There are so many rules and regulations that are given to us in training that it is hard to recall some of the specific ones. I do my best to stay on top of changes, but recurring training would be beneficial.

Through interaction and training from directors, other agents, and trainings such as this and others in our onboarding requirements.

Particular ways that I am able to find what rules regulate activities in our institution would be through any type of memos, literature, forms, and catalogs that are used in the process of daily activities and/or tasks.

I keep an eye out on the EA and School Catalog for any changes and updates that occurs. The OACCS' website is a great tool to stay informed.

We typically learn about changes or updates in rules from our supervisors who funnel it down appropriatly. Our employee portal is also a great source of information for updates on rules or changes to any policies or proceedures. Our rules are usually conveyed from management to ensure that everyone understands and is compliant with these.

Our trainers regularly reviews rules and regulations with us. We receive memos on specific topics that may be new or have recently been an issue. I try to stay up to date on our catalog and enrollment agreements.

I notice that our Enrollment Agreements change every so often. I always read these to stay posted on the latest devolpments and changes that occur.

We receive updates with Rules and Regulations as they change. We also are encouraged to read the lastest information on the rules from our employee portal. This information is updated regularly by our headquarters.

In this ever changing business, when new regulations hit our managers give them to each rep and we read them and sign off on them and that we understand them.

They are multiple ways to learning the rules and regulations but the best way I learn is through asking questions to our manager during meetings. This ensures I get the best answer possible from an informed source, allows fellow coworkers to give insight and keeps my bases covered should an issue ever arise.

Management will reviews rules and regulations within their team. We receive e-mails on changes on topics/rules.

We have meetings 2 to 3 times a year to go over new rules and to make sure we as reps are doing things correct.

Every Tuesday my department has a 30min power meeting regarding compliance and how various policies do/could effect our day to day operations. We also learn and go over do’s and don’ts.

Our management regularly reviews rules and regs with us. We receive memos on specific "hot" topics. I review the School Catalogue and Student Handbook.

Through online assessments we have and reading OACCS information on this site

Trying to keep updated on the new rules and regulations is the most important part of training.

There are many resources available to myself and my co-workers. We have monthly calls of which we discuss new requirements, etc. Also, utilizing online resources as well as our in house resources is a way I like to educate myself about the changes and updates within the institution.

We have continuos training meetings, conference calls and emails. Information is offer before and at the time it comes into affect.
