I would rate my knowledge at a 10. During our trainng it was very important that I paid attention to every detail of the admissions process. At the end of the training a testing was conducted to make sure that I full understood the information that was provided to me about the institution. Currently whenever new policies or procedures come out, I make sure to review them thoroughly so that I can make sure I'm applying all the appropriate procedures in my everyday duties.

I feel the adequate amount of training has been provided to myself and the other new reps here and I feel my knowledge is very high. Everyone on staff here has really gone above and beyond to help myself and the other reps further our knowledge on programs, how things run smoothly, and all other aspects of the institution.

As a new rep, 5 weeks, I feel very confident about the knowledge I have about my institution. We have had extensive training and met with all of the department heads numorous times and I feel confident of my knowledge. I am new to this institution and am very close to finishing the training process. But, the knowledge I now possess I rate very high. And, this is due to our supervisors, faculty, administrators, and peers have taking the time to provide us with the knowledge needed to succeed. And, it is greatly appreciated!

It is an ever changing field and with change in the field my institution canges along with that. So I feel that I try to stay "in the Know" but I feel as though with continuing education trainings, lunch and learns, and meeting with other departments, I am able to stay up to date.

I think that my institution has done an outstanding job of providing me access to staff, faculty, and students. I think the information will help me make a difference in my applicant's lives. That is why I wanted to do this job.
