And don’t forget to solicit comments from your peers so we can all learn from the collective knowledge and expertise of our thriving community.

Very informative, but very lenghty. Some of the information was repetitive.

Forced

I do not like being forced to participate in blogs or forums. I do not learn much form this.

ED 103

I really learned a great deal from this course.  It spoke to what I feel are the weaknesses in my teaching style --- incorporating questions into my class presentations and choosing the most effective testing formats.

There is a great deal of "take away" for me in this course.  I printed and highlighted the notes.  Thank you!!

ED103

Good course. A definite help and a great guide to question development for the classroom as well as for creating assessment tests.

Classroom Management is always a welcomed topic anytime!

No matter how experienced one is in teaching, there is always a new challenge one has never experienced. MOst of the challenges I have found in teaching difficult students have enabled my improvement and heightened my desire to teach.

This course was interesting now time to move on!

The materials are well presented and we want to adopt your expertise to provide courses online.

ED 104

This course was definitely a "Helping-hand" towards my instructional abilities, as it gave me some valuable insights into some of the things that make "Me" tick.  I was able to give myself a good "Once-over" and identify some areas that are in need of modification.  At the same time it afforded me some opportunities to expand my thought processes into areas that I hadn't before considered.  Thanks.

ED 103

Great material I can immediately use in class, Thanks

feedback

The course was relevant and contain information that I could immediately apply in the classroom.

Lesson Learned

The training classes are very informative and thorough! I find them very helpful and will apply what I have learned to my teaching career.

ED112

I found the course material very relevant to challenges that we face trying to maintain high levels of student retention.  I found the portion devoted to a student's feeling of security in the classroom environment to be particularly useful.  I have implemented a policy of arranging more one on one time with my students to review their progress and challenges in order to make them more aware of my committment to their success.

CEE ED101

I completely enjoyed this course, it made me get a better understand of the different techniques I could use with my students. I honestly believe this course should be offered to the instructors before they start teaching in classrooms.

ED104 was very exiting for me

I love the CEE courses and this one was exceptionally helpful in teaching me about keeping students engaged and interested.  I especially liked the law teacher exerpts as he is very enticing in his speech and gestures.  I would take his class just to watch him!  LOVE

ED104 - Class Management Strategies

I have just completed this training and must say that I have learned a great deal about managing my classroom. There were a few strategies that I had implemented in the classroom which was very successful. In turn, the information provided was helpful and stimulating. I will definitely include the strategies mentioned in the training and will definitely refer back to the training as needed.

What a great experience!!!!! :-)

first day

The module on how to start the first day was the most informative to me.  I was going in the wrong order. I usually hand out my syllabus on the second class meeting.

Comments for EL104

Some good, relevant topics here.  Connecting to the students, and keeping yourself and the students motivated are huge in the success of a class!
