This was a fascinating course that was the beginning to a new and innovation career in online instruction.  This course provided the necessary techniques that can and will allow my students a better opportunity to have hands-on (Kinesthetic) approach to learniing.It provided me even greater tools to share with my students that will improve their ability to remember and recall vitally important information needed to succed in the health care profession.

ED111: The Benefits of Active Learning

I have just completed the course on Active Learning Strategies. This was an informative course not only for enhancing one's teaching style but also for increasing student's performance. We are living in an age where education must be "student centered". By living in an technological age, we must empower students to become active participants in their quest for knowledge.

Value of taking the EL112 course (Workload Management Strategies)

I just completed EL112 and found it to be very practical and valuable.  The information was well-organized and easy to digest.  I would recommend this course to other faculty who find themselves challenged with work/life balance issues.

Lesson plans are so important to both yourself and the students. It allows for ease in the class room and gives the student what is expected of them and when. They have something to follow as they set goals to complete the class.

This was a good course. I have veen teaching on line for over 10 years, and there were several things that I learned form this class.

All the things that I've learned from this course is amazing. Starting from curriculum development,courseand syllabus preparation are all vital to the success of teaching effectively. The first day approach to a new class was well designed and realistic. In conclusion, everything that were suggested as a guide in teaching are awesome. I can't ask for more.

Enjoyed the clas

I enjoyed the class. It summarize the information that I have learned over the past 10 years while teaching in an online environment. I do not think that I can say anymore.

Medical terminology

I enjoyed the class on teaching medical terminology.  The games that were provided as examples seemed like fun ways to get students envolved.
