One of the important aspects of online teaching is organization, having a template and making sure all material is organized, easy to find and understand for the student is essential.
Creating a module is very important in the onlearning process. Being organized having a discussion board, and assignment area as well as an assessment section. Keeping the students interested and not having videos over 5-10 minutes. Excited to lstart teachng in this maner.

I learned that it is important to consider students learning styles when deciding how to set up the courses. There are considerations to keep in mind when using the variety to methods to deliver the content. I would probably use the moduels set up by weeks and I would keep the way I assign tasks consistant and the same from week to week.

Having an easy way to find these templates and keeping them consistent across multiple classes will be really important for my students to have a reliable learning method.

I plan to incorporate testing a course module to ensure that users/students can easily retrieve and navigate thru the information. I will be implementing learning ojbects to store important file for learners. Lastly, consistency in module layout and lesson duration will allow learners to know what to expect in each module.

Consistency remains at the forefront and I agree with the use of targets for repeated functions for students. I this goes along with the gradual release of responsibility to students within the the course.
I learned that it is important to develop a template for your course modules that provides a consisitant structure to the course. Developing a database of learning objects provides the instructor with content that is easily accessible across one course or multiple courses.
The biggest thing that was discussed was organized consistency. Using the same templates and set up for work, quizzes and exams so that the students are able to to keep a consistent pattern.
