Licensening vs accredidation. All post-secondary non-public educational institutions need to be licensed by the CIE. Accredidation is optional and does offer additional benefits once an institution is licensed and has a good record.
Enrollment Agrement - The agreement is a legally bining contract once signed by the applicant and authorized personnel at the institution. The contract states the terms of the enrollment, provides the details on financials, and outlines the institutions' policies/rules/regulations, etc.
