My company's mission statement, the rules and regulations of my institution, policy and procedures of my position, employee handbook information. And I continue to add items. Anytime there is a policy change I will make sure to update my notebook.
My resource notebook helps me to be organize.
At our institute we all have our own Policy Manuel Handbook. Admissions has everything pertaining to admissions, Student Affairs has everything for Student Affairs etc... We all highlight the most important parts of our books that we MUST remember weather it's enrolling students or just talking to them about our school. We all know what we need to do because we are tested at least once a month to see if we have been following up on any new resources or litature.

We place our information about our courses and the certification exams they map to. It is important for Admissions to know the most up to date information about the exams, so we don't misinform students. We have also started to keep this Resource notebook digitally, so we can search for what we need.
