Austin,
The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitutes the contract with the student. The student signs the enrollment agreement stating they have read and received a copy of the catalog.
Patty Aronoff
James,
Transcripts must be official transcripts. This means they must arrive to the school in a sealed envelope from the school in which they attended. Transcripts provided to students are not accepted.
Patty Aronoff
Bob,
Orientation is the beginning of the student experience. At orientation, they learn all the ins and outs of being a student at your school.
Patty Aronoff
Jenny,
Orientation is an important part of the new student experience. It introduces them to the inter-workings of being a student at the school.

Dana,
Not every school is a Title IV school. Our sector provides education opportunities in many different areas.
Patty Aronoff
Tammy,
Students need to know the requirements for graduation at the time of enrollment. If there are certain requirements, they need to know sooner than later.

Enrollment agreement- the initial statement of intent to attend the institution.
Prospective student- an individual who inquires about information on the programs
Presentation- the online description of the cirriculum and services provided to prospective students
We update our resource notebook as we need to but I think it is very important to make sure that as you add materials to the notebook that you date and time stamp each document so you know what is the most current information.
I have a catalog w/all current adendums, enrollement agreement(s) and a listing of all programs and fees.
No new discoveries thus far.
I was a little confused with the two definitions of Marketing and Advertising materials...what's the difference between the two?
The more commonly used definitions during the admission process at our institution are Admission Requirements, Transfer of Credits and Accreditation. It surprises the lack of knowledge that some prospective students have regarding Accreditation.
I am very well informed of the rules and regulations of the campus in order to prevent any surprises and follow up with any doubts that I may have. I have a good relation with the campus director and was providing training to follow up and keep up to date with the commission of education.
I have 10 years experience in the education field as an Advisor, Always, follow up with GI Bill for military students which also have rules and regulations that we must follow the policies and procedures to keep up with Accreditation and keep the University running.
Being we are a small institution and enrollment is small. The two used with us have been Enrollment Agreement and Catalog.
All relevant and necessary document to stay in compliance. I keep myself very well informed of our school's rules and regulations and feel up to date with that information.
I have placed all my school's relevant details, paperwork, catalog, licensure info and copies of the license, enrollment paperwork and procedures, admissions training info and anything that i deemed important and helpful in the resource book. I found that in doing this, my inspections are easier because all the info is updated as needed and kept current, but also because all the required paperwork is easily accessible.

Letters of Recommendation
Transcripts are important for our program because we only offer a post graduate doctoral degree. Therefore it is imperative that students provide transcripts of their undergraduate and Masters level work.
Letters of Recommendation are necessary to show that prior instructors of prospective students are ready to do doctoral level research.
We use orientation, in fact tonight we have a new class that will go through their orientation. We also use catalog and several others

Orientation
We are not a Title IV school and teach classes that prepare students for certification exams.
Before starting this class, I was extremely familiar with the do's and don'ts of the education industry. I did however, find out that the radio market was extremely unregulated when it came to education. I was not aware of that. Advertising and market have been big in my notebook!!
