Continuous is a great descriptive. It must be continuous in order to be effective.

I printed out all of the regulations.The best way to make sure you follow all the rules and regulations is through repetition and understanding the processes.
I find the most effective way to learn the statutes and rules is by actively reading them.
There are two main ways.
The first way is to read the statutes and summarize the basics.
The second way is to compare the rules with the catalog.
I suppose there isn´t only way. The most important is to know how is my rol in this process.
F.S. and Rules and Regulations provide guidelines and perimeters for schools to operate under to protect the consumer aka the student and the school from over promising, misguiding, and misleading the public.
Knowing the different the different departments within in the school and what they offer the students is important.
I wrote them down on flashcards. I always look for the correct rule before I make a move.
Continuous review and monitoring - monthly is a good standard.
Additionally communication with key personnel to ensure compliance is necessary.

We are still in the process of obtaining licensing approval, so needless to say, the CIE Statutes, Rules, and Regulations has become a Bibble to me and I try to stay informed in many ways I can.

The changes to the statutes will only happen once a year during the legislative session. Both CIE and FAPSC provide legislative updates so that schools can be well informed on changes being considered.

I will print Those Florida Statutes and keep them in my binder as a guide to know-how to respond to students' questions and maintaining proper stipulated guidelines under Fla. laws. I will also keep updating the statutes for any changes to the laws. Good information on this course.
Reading and obsorbiing as much written material as possible. Asking questions to my supervisors and the various departments within our organization.
