Once new Rules and Regulations come about, i gather that information and assembling a resource notebook. So if any new update come out it's easy to maintaining a great deal of information.
I am completing the course, of course, and making sure to print, highlight and mark important sections with colored tab in my resource binder. I am also lucky to work in a very small institution, so any questions I have can go straight to our Director of Development.

Initially printing out the entire packet containing the rules then visiting the CIE website on a monthly basis will keep us current. Also subscribing to education sites & periodicals will assist in alerting to updates.
The most interesting thing that I've learned in this module is how the actual marketing plan is regulated. While I understand that one cannot misrepresent a product, especially at the admissions level, I was surprised at how tightly external marketing is monitored.
This past week we had a training at our main campus and we went over some of them as well as here, I've been able to print out the information.
